By accessing or using the website www.lumaciphergames.com (the "Website") or any mobile applications published by LumaCipher Games LLC (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions: Some of our mobile applications offer subscription services (such as "Luma Sudoku Pass" or "Luma Pass") that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to subscription features until that time.

Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the app or use it on a new device, you may restore your previous purchases through the app's "Restore Purchases" feature or through your app store account.

Price Changes: Subscription prices may change in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Any price changes will be communicated by the applicable app store and will apply to future renewal periods only.

Free Trials: If we offer a free trial, it will be clearly indicated. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

App Store Terms: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. You agree to comply with those terms in addition to these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

App Store Terms: If you downloaded our mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to the terms and conditions of those app stores, which may have their own dispute resolution procedures.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. Small claims court remedies remain available where applicable.
